Having already gained huge experience with the current website the new remit of the new website was to put our learnings into practice and bring the customer experience to another level. Customer behaviour in the industry needed to be fully understood in order to deliver clever and automated online solutions. A visitor can feed in as much information as they like in order to get a tailored experience.

We researched and tested the customer journey to see what people really look for when shopping for a new car and identified innovative new techniques to simplify and automate the users experience. Our design team delivered a full suite of graphic prototypes from initial wireframes to completed artworks. Our designers and developers collaborated on the development process, testing and tweaking as it progressed. The result is a modern high end vehicle dealership website that points to the future of the online dealership experience.
